კანონი მიღების პროცესში კიდევ უფრო გაამკაცრეს. ის წინააღმდეგობაშია აზრის და გამოხატვის თავისუფლებებთან, საკუთრების უფლებასთან, კანონის გარეშე სასჯელის არარსებობის უფლებასთან და ამ უფლებებით სარგებლობის კრიმინალიზაციას ახდენს
ასეთი კანონები სრულიად შეუსაბამოა დემოკრატიული საზოგადოების მოთხოვნებთან და ქვეყანაში დიქტატურის განმტკიცების მორიგ მცდელობაზე მიუთითებს.
The government of Bidzina Ivanishvili has adopted the law directed against the people in the third reading.
The law was further tightened during the adoption process. It contradicts the freedoms of thought and expression, the right to property, and the principle that there can be no punishment without law, effectively criminalizing the exercise of these rights.
Such laws are completely incompatible with the requirements of a democratic society and point to yet another attempt to consolidate dictatorship in the country.
